Captain’s Choice week five summary

Captain’s Choice

At the end of week five out of the six week shave project with Captain’s Choice shaving products the skin on my Dome and face still has a nice shine. My skin looks and feels more supple and soft. Increased suppleness of the skin is important especially if it’s the area that you are shaving every night. An increased suppleness means your skin has a nice hydration level. Skin that is well hydrated is more pliable and resistant to razor burn, cuts and nicks. One ingredient found in the shaving soap from Captain’s Choice shaving soap is Vegetable Glycerin which has many healthy benefits for your skin.

Vegetable Glycerin is a natural humectant which means it’s part of the natural moisturizing factor in our skin. Glycerin helps seal in the moisture on the top layer of your skin. Glycerin used in conjunction with ingredients and natural oils that help protect the deep water content found in the skin adds more value to your every day skin care routine. If your shaving products contain glycerin and these certain oils then it adds more value to your shaving routine as well. Glycerin can also be used as a cleanser, a toner and skin moisturizer. It also helps retain water in the skin. Glycerin also helps oily skin problems like pimples, acne and blackhead, Glycerin also helps give the skin a soft and supple feel.

It should be no surprise that after extended use of the Captain’s Choice shaving products your skin would feel extra supple and smooth to the touch. The glycerin found in the Captain’s Choice shaving soap helps lock moisture in the skin. This is just one more reason why Captain’s Choice shaving products add value to your shaving routine and skin care regimen. Love your products and you will love the results. Thank you!
